My order showed up in this flimsy thin mailer with barely any protection at all. A couple of the masks were bent, and one was even leaking a bit, which was frustrating. For the price I paid, I expected them to pack it with a little more care. On top of that, I had to deal with repeated verification steps during the ordering process, which got annoying fast. Definitely not ordering again.

I was really disappointed when my order arrived because it wasn’t what I ordered at all. I had been looking forward to getting the items I picked out, so opening the package and seeing the wrong things was frustrating. I know mistakes happen, but it left me feeling let down.

I was going to order a few masks, but once I got to checkout, the shipping was almost the same as the items in my cart. Reading between the lines, it just felt like the deal wasn’t really worth it anymore. I’m sure the products are fine, but I ended up passing for now...

I ordered from masksheets.com because I was running low on a couple skincare things, and of course I waited until I was basically scraping the last bit out of the container to reorder. The products did show up, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything, but the delivery took longer than I thought it would and the tracking kind of went quiet for a few days, which made me keep checking it for no real reason.

The packaging was good and nothing came damaged, so I do appreciate that. I just wish the shipping updates were a little more consistent or the delivery timing was easier to guess. Overall, it was okay, not bad enough to make me upset, but not smooth enough that I’d call it great either. Average experience.

I’ve ordered from Masksheets a few times now, maybe since last year or the year before, I can’t totally remember. I mainly like them because they carry a bunch of K-beauty brands I actually look for, like Mediheal, Dr. Jart, and some smaller brands that are harder to find elsewhere.
The only annoying thing is that some products sell out fast, so I don’t always get everything I had in mind. But overall, it’s still one of the first places I check when I want a decent range of options without having to bounce around a bunch of different sites.

I ordered a few sheet masks and creams from masksheets.com because my skin has been super dry lately, and my cousin is always telling me Korean skincare helped her a lot. So I figured I’d give it a shot and see if I had the same kind of luck.
The shipping was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the products themselves just didn’t make much of a difference for me. A couple of the masks felt nice while they were on, but maybe 10 minutes later my skin was back to feeling tight again. One serum also made my cheeks a little red, which made me nervous.

I’m sure these products probably work better for some people, especially since my cousin seems to love this kind of stuff, but for me it was disappointing. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I just didn’t see enough results to want to order again.

Every time I go to place an order, it feels like half the things I want are already sold out. The restocks take forever too, which is ridiculous. It’s annoying to spend time browsing, get excited about a few items, and then realize barely anything is actually available.

I checked out Masksheets because I was thinking about ordering some skincare, but the prices felt high compared to other sites I usually use. There were a few sale items, sure, but once I actually compared everything, it still didn’t feel like much of a deal. And then shipping got added on, and yeah, that kind of made it worse. I just don’t really see a reason I’d buy from here.
